They’ve helped me switch insurance over to new cars the same day several times. I’ve been with them almost 5 years now (after switching from Geico after 20 years — what a nightmare… no one knew what they were doing, and good luck talking to the same person twice). And it actually saved me a lot of money — around 40% — which is crazy considering Geico’s commercials are always about saving you money (they definitely didn’t for me).

"I actually only spoke to the receptionist at the Chris Grettum State Farm office but she was a doll. She found the information I inquired about and took care of the paperwork for me. It was not something they handled everyday and she made a call to their corporate office to get thr right forms for me to sign. She submitted the paperwork and I was on my way after about 20 minutes well spent. The transaction was completed and mailed to me within the time she suggested it would take. It was a very positive experience."
